· Our rates include a complimentary hot breakfast every morning, free Wi-fi, and complimentary parking.

· Any rooms not reserved by the Release Date will be removed from the original reservation block and placed into our General Inventory for other Guests to book.   To avoid disappointment please ensure that all required hotel rooms are reserved and guaranteed by the release date.

· Any property direct bookings made by phone after the release date can be added to the Group upon request; the rate will be honored contingent on room availability.

· Guests have until 4 pm the day of arrival to change or cancel any individual bookings

· We are located approximately 20 minute drive from the Event location at Anderson Farm
